PRODUCTION & PACKAGING LABORER

Job Description:

Workdays are Monday - Friday. 

Starting at 7:30 a.m. and going until 4:00 p.m. 
Employees will be on their feet most of the day. Some of the duties may include:

PRODUCTION: Receive raw material, Inventory raw material, Prepare raw material for thawing, Trimming raw material, Racking raw material on carts and Sanitation.

PACKAGING: Unrack cooked product, Inventory cooked product, Cut product using band-saw, Package product and Sanitation.
